If the idea of a one-on-one session isn’t what you’re looking for, you’re in luck! The gym at PFT is equipped to accommodate two to three person group training sessions. While the format for these sessions differs from a personal training session, working towards your goals is still the focus. This is one of the hottest trends in the fitness industry because working out with a friend can in fact be more motivating, more affordable and helps build camaraderie for those who struggle with sticking to their fitness goals.
Rates:
One Hour Small Group Session - $35/per person
Lose weight, increase power, train for a sport, all with a friend by your side.
Includes pre/post round stretch + dynamic warm-up + 40-minute workout
Half Hour Small Group Session - $20/per person
Training for those looking to squeeze a short, intense workout into their day with routines and exercises that get the body working quickly.
Includes pre/post round stretch + dynamic warm-up + 15-minute workout
