Customized routines built with your goals in mind to complete on your own. Receive an electronic list of exercises each week that is organized into three very different, very unique workouts. Each routine is based on the equipment you have access to and is aligned with the ability and comfort you have with the exercises. All accompanied with step-by-step instructions to complete each workout.
Remote/Electronic Training - Starts at $50
For those outside of Door County or people looking for a personalized workout regimen to complete on their own. Receive electronic copies of exercises put into unique/customized workouts. Built specifically for your goals and needs, to be performed in your own home or gym. How does it work? A list of exercises will be sent outlining the week’s workouts. giving an overview of the moves to be performed, accompanied by the custom workouts to follow. This process is repeated for as long as you’d like (day, week, month*) *monthly plans include 5 weeks of plans.
Includes one-on-one goal building + monthly assessment* + pre/post stretch routine + dynamic warm-up + step by step instructions of workout + goals + assistance with exercises
Traveling training sessions

Tailored fitness routines are not limited to the gym at PFT, you can have the gym brought to you! Receive customized workouts using a mixture of functional, conditioning and strength training, based on your available space and set-up. No equipment? No problem. With very little equipment, programs utilizing intensity, balance and stability exercises are easily adaptable and able to be set up in almost any home or area.
Traveling Training Session - Starts at $70/1 hr.
(or add transportation fee to any PFT service, cost based on location)
The traveling training session. Workout in the comfort of your own home, gym, or club, by receiving exercise instruction to help you lose weight, increase power or train for a sport. Sessions can be centered around using the weights and equipment you have access to or having weights and bands brought to you by PFT that can be used in the space you have to work in.
Includes pre/post round stretch + dynamic warm-up + 45-minute workout
