Clients will learn the technical, physical and equipment modifications, and simple steps to increase overall power and distance. TPI Power Screening (~75 min.) - $80

A more advanced screening that not only shows the relationship of body/swing connection, but qualifies and quantifies power/distance capabilities and identifies specific training and correction protocols .

Includes TPI body/swing screen + power screen + video swing analysis + strength vs speed optimization + body/swing corrections plan

Golf Power Training Session (~ 70 min.) - Starts at $60/hr

All about gaining distance off the tee. Workouts Focus on the four main power sources used to generate power in the golf swing.


Includes TPI body & power screens + club data + speed/strength corrections + over/under speed training + pre/post stretching + workout

Power Optimization - Driver only - $50/45 min. (no fitness training involved)
Gaining yardage with your driver can be as simple as making changes to ball, foot and hand positions. As one of the two Titleist Performance Institute Level 2 certified Power Coaches in the state, this session is devoted to ONE THING, finding your maximum driver clubhead speed. Get the measurements on your swing using top of the line technology. Learn upper and lower body swing modifications that can be used to generate more clubhead speed.
Includes warm up + data collection + speed/strength corrections
(no fitness training involved).

All about gaining club head speed. Using the SuperSpeed over/under speed training tools and protocols, adding 6% club head speed is the benchmark clients can expect. After 6 weeks of PFT training and Super Speed protocols, Ben saw a 9mph increase in his driver clubhead speed, averaged an additional +23 yards of carry, and +29 yards of total distance.

 

Overspeed Training works by getting the body to move at a faster than normal speed during a known motor pattern. Essentially the brain has a set range of speed for the neuro-muscular response when a golfer makes a golf swing. We first need to increase the response speed from the body by reducing the “load” or in this case the weight of the club. We then need to gradually increase this load to teach the brain that the body is capable of running the motor pattern faster. In our application to golf, we use a club that is about 20% lighter than a driver, one that is 10% lighter, and one that is 5% heavier in order to achieve maximum results from overspeed training.
Increase your swing speed and the overall efficiency of your golf swing as well as benefits improving balance and strength. A 3% – 8% increase is common after just the first use. Our studies find that performing 3 workouts per week over a 6-week period will make this increase permanent.
